Error Type: Incomplete Pattern

Error Description   : Its not the whole pattern. I got charged for all those parts. The only part that downloads is part 7.

Could you please try only part 7 open alone .... It can not open alone... It is synchoronise archive content ... We use very long time ... Same way part 1 can not open by itself nor part2 ,3, etc  Post time 2018-8-15 07:23

DN is china brand ... MG is Mystic Stitch brand .... Lot of big brand missing on the list as "vervaco" but these are in there ... I know but very difficult to fix  Post time 2018-8-15 07:26
