I guess I must explain to you with long way :D

Our Title policy is:

Company name + Serial number + Pattern name

It is our "first" formula but we have crochet and knitting area also internet designers + HAED + magazine posts

HAED (or painting pattern s) Basic formula + painter name

Knitting + crochet : Basic formula + designer name

If no company name like internet designers or crochet/knitting designer ...

We put Designer name instead Company name  ... I mean designer name actually turn to company name ... We add also original language name
