I downloaded all the files again and used a different  decompression tool.
That did it. It works for me too, now!

Downloaded again. Pages 54 & 67 as example, bad quality. Color charts have color to help read but black and white are bad. Printing does not help, even on a very high dpi. Thanks for checking.  Post time 2019-11-14 03:36
