Did you check your spam folder?
Did you write your email correctly?
Is the email you provided the one you used to register? Can you check other email accounts you have just in case?

This is not the sites "problem", I think.
1) Firefox - no problems with downloading
2) Chrome - has some download problems.
I open the download link in a new tab, and when the page finishes loadin
