when i try to login ... i click on forgot password .. a message pops up that says retrieve password: e-mail or user name .... i click on sumit ... and it says that a mail is sent to my email, please change your password in 3 days !!! and i never got the email

This is not the sites "problem", I think.

1) Firefox -  no problems with downloading
2) Chrome -  has some download problems.
I open the download link in a new tab, and when the page finishes loading (but the download does not occur) I refresh the page - and the download takes place.
