So, here is finished and even framed project "Golden Loquats" by XIU Crafts.
The project has a story with a happy end but with a bit of worries in the middle. Immediately after wasing it looked like this:
Some of hieroglyphs washed away, and for me it was a great disappointment: as an essential part of the design, they looked to be really important. With no hope at all and prepared alredy to remove them completely, to give up with it and to send it to framing with no signs, yet I decided to write to the manufacturer - XIU Crafts. Not to make a complaint, but just to warn them about paying attention to this matter. But I was greately surprised when they offered to send the project back to them for remaking! For me it became an example of extraordinaly great customer support. Since there was international shipping involved, I thought about it for a couple of days, but afterall I decided to accept this offer. And it worked - the design happily arrived back completely finished) Now it looked like this)
