It looks like tomato soup... What is the vegetable? Or has got any vegetable?

Turquoise is tomato, pepper, garlic, cucumber, onion, crushed with oil, fresh water, salt and pepper ..... Buenisimo

It is a wonderfully fresh cold soup made as Alvar says.................... you can add finely chopped sweet peppers, cucumber and sweet tomatoes (OK! OK! I know NOT traditional!) and serve it with...............mmmmmmmmmm...... freshly made bread just scraped with home-made garlic oil.
Aaaaaah:)..................., blissssss:).......................!!:)
