I love to stitch what I call "useful" projects. These are things such as mugs, tote bags, bookmarks, sweatshirts and other wearables, cards, coasters and so on. When stitching something on evenweave, my preference is to stitch over one thread in order to miniaturize a design.
Anyway, this design was stitched on 18-count vinyl weave aida and was an insert in a mug donated to charity. Its hard to do fractional stitches on vinyl but I did the best I could. :)
