Hi tompoli. This exact chart appeared in a magazine with 3 other similar ones in 2011. The magazine is Cross Stitch Card Shop 76 which is on here in its entirety. If you dont need the whole magazine I have uploaded just the Mothers Day cards today at this location :

I have stitched the cornflower card and it was stunning. The beads & metallic thread really shine out. My Mum had it framed and it hangs on her bedroom wall :)
