Im new to this forum and dont understand the "gold coin" thing. Plus, there are three downloads on this particular stocking. Are they all the same or different sections of the same pattern?

Okay, I figured out the download and now I just have to get the coins. This is the only stocking my mom said she would make for me (because I already have one that she made when I was a child), so I have to get this pattern!
I was reading the instructions last night and noticed there wasnt a legend to explain the detail lines. What color(s) would be used for the outlines? Is it missing a page or did Dimensions not offer that information in this design? OR, am I just blind? Theres always that possibility that I missed it in the instructions. So, if anyone else can direct me to it, I would greatly appreciate the help.
