What lovely colours. Are they as silky as the regular DMC thread?

I didn't notice any difference from those I usually get in the EU, when I was winding my bobbins. Granted I will have to sew with them to be sure.

As there doesn't seem to be a time limit on this offer, if some friends are members split an order (so shipping doesn't become prohibitive) and you can each make a small sample order of 10-15. That way you know what you get. :)

Promised to let everyone know if there was any noticable difference once I started sewing with the threads. Well can't say that there is. While there is some slight difference between various skeins, it wasn't based on whether they came from China or not. And frankly, I found that some of those that I had, were slightly inferior of quality and more prone flossing. These may be the ones that come from the US, but I can't be certain.

So all in all, the threads from China were the same as those I got from the UK. I haven't noticed any difference between those. Of course, the threads I get from UK are budget and that should be taken into account. But they seem sturdier than some others. And are, as mentioned before colorfast. :)

I always use Chinese colors and they are always allright. I bought them im my country, but I think all DMC from China is the same.
