You have some beautiful fabrics to choose from! What a lovely gift. I wish I had some friends that cross stitched. No one around here seems to do that anymore.

OH MY! Give up cross stitch for crochet!?! but why? I do both crafts and maybe it is the artist in me (I use to draw ie I still think crochet is art but a different feel) but I think cross stitch has a much bigger impact visually than crochet, even the most intricate doily type of crochet.
