    you can click the edit button below the post, then edit your post, go to "insert" to upload the cover of the pattern then after finished uploading submit the pic and click the picture to allow us to see it in your post. after finished, click edit on the bottom of the page. and it will direct you to the page. i hope its clear enough for you
