I think this is a Vervaco Exclusive sold only in Australia/New Zealand by Fox Collection.  This may eventually become available through other retailers in other countries but it appears that you can only buy it it you live in Australia or New Zealand. Maybe some one on this site who lives there will purchase the kit and share the chart with the DMC color numbers.  Good Luck.

Hi, Not sure where you live, I live in the USA, this morning I did an eBay search and came up with a Vervaco kit very similar to the one you are wanting, I cant post a link here but I can post the listing name so you can do a search on it.  The kit is offered by a seller in the UK...
