Materials Needed
I used “Red Heart” worsted weight yarn in red for the jar, ”Red Heart ..soft touch” for the blueberry jar,
“Bernat Satin in tan, dark tan and yellow for the bread and butter, worsted weight in grey and cream for the
knife, and “white baby weight yarn for the jar labels
Size 2.5 & 4 mm crochet hook
Stitch marker I use a scrap of contrasting yarn
Yarn needle (large eyed) and sharp sewing needle
Fiberfill and fiberfill batting
For the labels, computer print out from the pattern, and cellophane tape
Lightweight cardboard (cereal box) 7 ½” x ¾”
Notes
Finished pieces measures…strawberry jar 3 ¼”x 5 ½”, blueberry jar 3 ¼” x 3 ½”, knife 1” x 8”, bread 5” x 5”,
and the butter 1 ¼” x 1 ½”.
Portions of this pattern are crochet in continuous spirals where the rounds are not joined. It will be stated if
rounds are to be joined. When working in continuous rounds, place stitch marker at the beginning of each
round.
