F/O and leave long tail, sew sides
together (I use the little tail from the ch 17
for this), turn inside out and take
remaining tail (from the F/O) and wrap
tightly multiple times around the middle.
At this point I like to glue the tail down on
the back of the ribbon (see pics to the right
