This will be a hard one to find. She never released a pattern for it.

I think youll have to go look for a cat or a bear pattern that you can modify. The lower jaw can be done with a crochet circle folded double and then sewed on the chin. She also used a running stitch down the middle, to make the color difference a bit neater.
