To make a 10 inch wreath you will need the following:

Patons® Metallic™ (3 oz/85 g; 252 yds/230 m) OR (2.1 oz/60 g; 168 yds/154 m)
Green (95244 or 98244) 3 balls OR 3 balls
Teal (95201 or 98201) 3 balls OR 3 balls
Fuchsia (95434 or 98434) 1 ball OR 2 balls
Sizes U.S. G/6 (4 mm) and U.S. H/8 (5 mm) crochet hooks or size needed to obtain gauges.
12” [30.5 cm] styrofoam floral wreath form.
