This is a cake I baked yesterday for a church function today. I havent baked one of these in several years, but it turned out very well. I only put pecans in most of the frosting, in case someone didnt want pecans, but everybody wanted pecans so next time I will put pecans over the entire cake. It is so very good, but so rich and makes a very large cake.
