Hi There, I am a single mum of 2 kids with a part time job. When I can, I like to create crochet patterns and publish them on my blog. Most of my patterns are free. But I have 2 or 3 which I charge a small fee. This is because they took a lot of time and effort to design. The small amount of money I get from selling some patterns (not very many) helps with a few small luxuries or things for my kids. Not much. But enough to make life a little nicer sometimes. It has always been my dream to one day earn enough to work as a crochet pattern designer full time. Sadly I do not sell many but thats ok. I love getting emails from people who make my things. Especially if they paid for the pattern and send me a cute photo of what they made. On my patterns for sale I have a little note stating that the pattern cannot be reproduced without permission. This is one of those patterns. This pattern for Pearly the Hummingbird was designed by me and is for sale on my Etsy and Ravelry shop. This person has purchased the pattern and is now getting "gold coins" from you guys in return for you being able to download it from them. They did not ask my permission. I would kindly request that this uploader please kindly remove my pattern from this website. If they choose to ignore this request would all of you who are paying these uploaders "gold coins" please remember many of the patterns do not belong to them and they do not have permission. People who design crochet patterns are just normal everyday peeps like you. Crochet designing doesnt pay much but we really really love doing it! However tonight when I found this website with my pattern being sold by someone else, I felt very sad. Please consider the impact on the actual designers before you download. And to the Uploader: if you remove my pattern from your profile and stop profiting from it I would be very grateful.
