turtle pincushion

My daughter has been hanging around for three days, leaving me no chance to do her crochet slippers. So in frustration last night I made the little turtle pincushion below.

It is based on the free pattern from KristieMN on crochetville below with a couple of adaptations (we can't leave anything alone, can we!)
