XSD file How do I open it???

I downloaded some XSD files but can not find the right software to open it. I tried so many different softwares.  Please, does someone know what software to download for this problem.  I have Windows 7.

Hi, here is a link to the program that opens xsd files. Its the Pattern Maker. This version is the latest.
