I made some easy needleminders ... I used small rare earth magnets for extra strength. For the front I glued the magnet to a rhinestone button after removing the shank. I used e6000 glue. Since I like to keep my needleminder attached to my fabric while working, I petite stitched some cute "pillows" to house the back magnet since they are so small they could easily get lost. The backs are as cute as the fronts :) I like the silver magnets over black craft magnets because they wont leave black marks on my fabric.
