IBOOKS FREE Problem

I have a question please. I tried to go back and download one of my books  in IBOOKS and the vook said it was being moderated The book is Crochet Sea Creatures. I paid for 3 rar files and then found out later that pages were missing. When this happens, How would I go about getting a complete copy? would I have to pay the gold pieces again?

When I moderated that book I wrote a note that there were 2 pages missing. The user has uploaded that book again and the pages as jpge files so everyone who had downloaded that book could download the pages for free.
