How to post the answer

Im a pretty new here and still learn how t use the  forum. I publish a couple my works into Diary sections and wanted to write private THANK YOU and some answers to replies to my post. But my answers were deleted. Ive read that to reply to specific person in my post I need to push the coffee button. But, unfortunately I could find any such buttons. The oly answer button I see is Reply button. I attach the screen from the page. Could you explain me where I could find the right button - the coffee cup button?

just clic on "comment" in the left egde
and type in your message

Unfortunately, I dont see any Comment button on the left edge. I have only  *Reply*Support*No support*  buttons on the left edge.  
Could it be that I dont have such a possibility because Im a  new user and still have a low rating or credits, or level.. or something else?

the layout of the site has nothing to do with level or coins
maybe its depending on your browser
IE doesnt show it all
Firefox works fine with the site

Unfortunately, I couldnt find the way.  I tried Firefox and Explorer as well. All three browsers show the same result
