Read permissions

Hi everyone-  just need to know why certain patterns you can not download because of read permissions?  I want to download a pattern that has a 90 read permission...  and today the same pattern says..  only certain members have permission?  strange to say the least!

What User Group do you have to be to get Read Permission 90???

It has everything to do with yopur level. The higher you go, the more read permission you get. At level 4, I have a 90 read permission and I worked hard to get this level.
And the message you got is what everyone gets when they arent at the level needed. Nothing odd about it.

Every member is allowed to share their patterns only with higher levels.
Move your mouse over the file
a yellow image pop-up and youll see Reading permission or not
