German help please

Hello! I was looking at a pattern today and cant figure out what type of thread and thread numbers that its calling for. It looks like a (German?) magazine called "Fruhlingsfarben". Could anyone tell me what the thread company this is, and is there a DMC conversion chart out there? THANK you so very much!!!!

That is not correct, Bleu. Vaupel und Heilenbeck has got four digit colour codes. The pattern that JohnDeereGRL is showing only has ONE colour with a four digit code. The rest of the colours in the chart are Haandarbejdets Fremme codes, as shown in the conversion table.
