Thats the point I find settings - Points ... but no transfer ???? This is the page I get _

misseo, I think you have to be a higher level before youll be allowed to transfer coins. I am however not sure whether you have to be level 3 (at 326 credits) or level 4 (at 526) or even level 5 (at 826).
