I'm curious as to how different people handle outlining. Is it something you do as you go or end with after finishing all the other stitches?

I find doing the back stitch last is a pain, so now I do it as I go. I've done large designs with lots of back stitch and leaving it to the end
was no fun at all.

Personally, I like to wait until the end. I really enjoy the way it defines and sharpens the piece as I go. I think I'm one of those few who just don't hate backstitching!
