Upload limit for patterns

Can someone please clarify for me the limit on uploads.  I understand it to be 5Mb, but Im not clear on whether that is uncompressed or compressed.  This might be a stupid question, but Id rather make sure I did it right the first time.  Thanks

Go to the top right of the page and click on settings. Once there click on User Group. It should be in there somewhere in the list. Im not sure if its the same for each level but Ive always thought it was 10 for any given upload. It was 5 at one time though. Maybe someone else knows more or youll see once in User Group. Hope this helps :)

The file size limit is for the compressed file. The max file size is 10.02 MB.
