Pattern Upload Question

I recently posted an old cross stitch pattern, that was not anywhere else on the site, and the moderator recycled it because it "has sign keys".  Can anyone explain to me what that means so I dont post a pattern like that again?  On another note, if we have a question as to what a moderator has said, how can we ask them about it, or can we?  Thanks.

I dont know what "has sign keys" refers to, but I know how you can contact the moderator:

Click on their name in the message/notice you received about the pattern being recycled. On the next page youll find several links, one of which says "Send message". Click that link and you can type a private message to the moderator.

I checked your post when it deleted and you probably received my deleted message .... But I want to explain again... Your post (dimension Merry go tound horses) files doesnt include  "color key"... therefore it deleted

Now I see, that was my mistake.  Ive reloaded it with all the attachments this time.  Thanks for the help.

Do you know yet what that means yet? I see the Moderator answered you. First time Ive heard of it.
