Yes, anyone can upload magazines. Just remember about rule number 7:

The minimum file size for books and magazines is 10 Mb.

That must be a glitch. I'll talk to the administrator about it.

Everyone is anonymous, don't worry. Go to the crochet forum, for instance and you'll see "Pindiy" for all uploaders. It means they are anonymous. Whenever an error happens and the user's name shows up, I contact the administrator immediatly to fix the problem.
