HELP! Cant login

Please help. I cannot login to my account. It says the password is incorrect and when I go to reset my password it will not accept my email or username.
It has been a little while since I used my account so I am unsure.

I would normally just use a new accoutn cept I had quite a lot of points and was off level 1.

It happened the same for me during a lot of months (more than a year) and since yesterday I can enter again.......Sorry I cant help you!
