error while uploading

Hi, I tried to post a repaint pattern, but I get "error 407" on every attempt of uploading image or pattern file. Cant even attach a screenshot in this massage. What am I doing wrong or why is it happenning?I also get error trying to upload an avatar...

This is most likely a browser problem.  Using Chrome for this site seems to work better than other browsers. Also, make sure the flash is up to date on your computer.

Thank you for the answer. Flash is up to date on my computer and I tried 3 different browsers: Opera, Firefox and IE - they all show the same problem.
I will try again from home, maybe its the network problem.

error 407 is a proxy problem
the system cant identify your IP
maybe you shouldnt use a proxy server

it is not a server problem
