How to resize schemes

Dear all,

I have the scheme in pdf 78*64 cm.
I need to squizze it to 30*21 cm.
Does anybody have an idea how to do it?

you can use
convert to jpg and resize with
Photoshop, Paint or PhotoScape

Do you want to stitch the piece smaller or reduce the size of the graph?   If you want to stitch the piece smaller go to a higher count of fabric, instead of 28 count fabric you could try 32 count  or even 36 count to get the finished size you are looking for.  There are a lot of fabric calculators on the Internet that I find helpful to give you an idea as to the finished size.
