They have so many patterns, its amazing. I have two and am working on both of them at the same time. When I tire of them I pick up a smaller pattern (other brand), they are soooo large. But I do love them, they are so beautiful.
Thats crazy - you could buy a software programme and create your own for far less than that plus there are free online picture conversion programmes - Pic to Pat is one Ive heard of though Ive not

Although they are big and there are a lot of colours and confetti stitches - ie lots of single stitches in lots of colours - they are just basic cross stitch. Theres no blending or half/three quarter stitches or speciality stitches so its just the sheer size of them that make them a bit overwhelming! But if you can do basic cross stitch youll easily be able to do a HAED design - just takes a little time and lot of patience as theyre not a quick finish!! Im not convinced I actually like them - I much prefer the designers who create the design themselves not just creating it from a picture through a software programme and feel the HAED designs lack the character of a human created piece! But thats just my opinion - I know lots of people love them.

Yeah... It boggles my mind to think how much time stitching them would represent! There was one design which I really loved and I figured out that stitching it (at my average stitching rate) would take over 7 YEARS to finish. :dizzy:
