Floor frame for cross stitch

So I wanted to try using a standing floor frame for my cross stitch.
I looked online and to buy one and pay for shipping was to costly, so I decided to make one.
Well I didnt have much for tools, and did not know how to make one as I do not have any wood working experince.
So I just started looking at pictures came up with a plan and started making one.
I thought I would show a few pictures on how it turned out. (I even made a video just cause I could :-)
I have to admit I am very pleased with myself on how well I did and I love using it!

Awesome design, fabulous finish!

Looks similar to the one I have, which is store bought. I have a clamp to hold the frame or hoop in place, but I think I like your idea better.
Now where is DH? :lol

Wow, you did an excellent job! I work on a Lowery stand now, but also have the Stitchmaster which is similar to yours but I love all of the adjustment options you have on it! Great work! :)
