i regesst i new password and now all my credits and level i was level 2 are gone what can i do about this

i will be  patient i have this 1 to look arround for now thanks a lot:P
i will be happy if i only got my level 2 back the points  are not the problem when i can save here again but i want my level 2 back because it have take me lots of hours to get there
