London Bead Company

I was wondering if any forum users have been having problems with the London Bead Company recently.  I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years or so, but just this week I have had problems with their online ordering system.  They have been blaming me and telling me lies although I had a successful transaction with them last week.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has been having problems with them.

II have told LBC that I no longer want to buy anything from them, they are disrespectful to established customers like myself.
