Cant view .pat file

I recently downloaded a .pat file and I cannot find any way to view it. I have tried PCS7 and the PM4 and still no luck. I spent alot of coins on the repaint and I cannot even use it. Are there any other options for viewing it??

You may need PCStitch 10 to open this one. PCStitch 10 files cannot be opened with other versions of PCStitch

Just downloaded and installed the PM pro version and I still cannot view it. It tells me- pattern not recognized by pattern matter.

Sorry here is the pattern I downloaded. I usually stay away from the repaints, I prefer original scans but I want to stitch this one for my MIL.

What a pain in the you know what, think I will continue avoiding the repaints and wait until someone uploads it in another format.
