Trouble with Download

I paid the 80 gold coins for "Petits Sapins"... It is showing in my "Downloads", but the button says "Open in Jigsaw Puzzle Plus" and nothing happens when I click on the button.  What is going on - and how do I fix it?  I cant seem to make anything work on this site...and cant find anyplace that explains how to use the site.

You need a program such as Winrar to open that file.

Please post a link to the pattern in question when you have a problem. Its a lot easier to help you that way.

Thanks!  Now I cant find the chart that I "paid" for - does it go away if not downloaded in a certain period of time? Do I have to start over with another 80 coins?  Sorry for dumb questions...I really am not computer illiterate-but Im sure feeling like it on this site!

Thanks again... I kept pushing buttons until I finally found it and I think Ive been successful with the download!  Taking a deep breath now...Ill be fine...and will"get it" eventually...:)
