Your paper that the worksheet is printed on should be at minimum a card stock paper or the thickest paper your printer can handle. Otherwise, you can print it out on standard paper and just lightly glue a second sheet to it to create card-like quality. Next, you will hole punch on the circle to the left of the letters of the alphabet. You will slip knot a sample 6-inch cut or less of the yarn(s) you are using in your pattern beside each letter of however many yarns you are using. Now that your yarn(s) are color coded you can denote the alphabet letter of your yarn that you are using in each row. This sheet is especially helpful if you are making blankets with many rows and colors. |
