I agree - I couldnt open page 3 - even after downloading both parts of the RAR - it may just need a rescanning though - I dont think it was done deliberately, although with such a high bounty paid for it it should be 100% accurate.  Hopefully itll be rectified soon.

Have you unpacked both archives in the same folder at the same time? If you try to open pages without unpacking both archives some pages may seem corrupted.
