Blank pages - Incomplete pdf.

I confirm that by clicking a link to a pattern with Mozilla and Chrome I get blank pages. Explorer is OK, but downloaded pdf files cannot be opened (message is the file can be incomplete or ruined). This happens not only in Chrochet pattern but everywhere in the site.

Update: if I chose to download the file, it downloads a 0 byte file, but if I choose to open it, it opens in explorer the file and it is possible to save it.
