uploading help?

Is there a tutorial for uploading knitting patterns? I keep getting messages that Im doing it wrong, but nothing specific about what is wrong. I want to fix it, I just cant figure out how.

I tried to send a message to the moderator, but I cant send pms yet.

The pattern I posted yesterday was moderated and placed in the Recycled area. I got some private messages that I could not open, and I cannot view/edit my post either. If I repost the pattern, will it count as double or not?

No tutorial but a good rule of thumb is to look at other posts to see how its done.

Im sure you will get an idea of how it works, but uploading any pattern is basically the same here.
The moderators will edit your thread according to the rules.
