Download problem

Im new here. Why some document cannot download after the payment been made? I only have a very limited gold coins and its just gone like that...:(

You have to pay the amount set for the chart by the uploader and then another 30 to the system to finish the download. Make sure you log out and back in each day to gain some extra coins. You can also get coins from commenting.

Hello, you have to click once: the payment to the uploader is made , then click on again and the payment to the system is made and the program automatically ask you where to download the file in your PC.

This took me a while to figure out too.  Clicking once to pay the poster and a second time to pay for the pattern in the system is the deal.

As it says above you always have to pay twice for any pattern.  The first amount, which is the price the uploader is asking for the pattern - which is your 50 coins - and then you have to pay 30 coins to the site.  You always have to pay this 30 coins - its the way it is.  Some uploaders dont ask any money for downloading their patterns but that doesnt seem to happen much these days.  So for this particular pattern you will be paying 80 coins not just 50.
