Cant open a file

Hello!  Love this site, love you guys and all the members!  I cant open this pattern in link:

i used my normal program for opening .rar files but this link doesnt work.  any advice?

It works. You may need to rename the file before you decompress it. The attachment includes a pdf and a picture.

Are you using the actual RAR program to open the compressed file? If a file was compressed using RAR, sometimes other programs cannot open them. I believe you can download a trial version of RAR from their site.

I tried to rename it and my system wont let me.

Im using PeaZip to open the .rar files.  But Ill try using that trial version.  thank you!
