Newbie Here!

I   did not really find this site, my friend sent me an email with the link and I was hooked!  Ive been cross stitching for a little over 10 years now, and still love every minute I stitch!  
Im really a newbie with cross stitch and computers together, lol!  Im  nott sure what Im doing here, and I hope someone will help me navigate through the site.  Please!  I dont want to make a drastic mistakse and cause problems for my friend who sent me the link.  I am not sure if it is okay to post her name in this post, so I am not going to. If I find out it is okay, then yes, Ill be more than happy to give the name of person who sent me here!

I guess thats all I have to say right now.  Im going to wander around the site for a while and if I have any questions, Ill come back here and edit this post with the questions.!!

Thank you very much!!  Im excited to get to know people who love to stitch like I do!  My friend who referred this site stitches about 12-18 hours a day!!  Seriously!!  She has taken her disability into a good thing and makes beautiful pieces that look like paintings!  She donates some of her work to places she thinks a lot of.  
Im hoping to be as good as she is one day!

Im certainly hoping I will enjoy my time here!  The only down side Ive found so far is trying to find out how to increase my Credits so I can get up to at least DIY 1 so I can do things like PM people, make friends, etcc.
Plus, Id love to make more gold coins because Ive already found SO MANY designs I want!  Ill have to live to at least 250 years just to make a dint in my stash!!!
