problem to buy pdf file "Sorry, only specified members can download attachments"

Hi,
Im very new on pindiy.com
Id like to download the Soda SO-G111.pdf file posted on thhis page

Price is 200 Gold Coin and I have enough gold coins (968)
But when I click on "Buy", this message appears : "Sorry, only specified members can download attachments"
Please could anyone help me to understand how to download this file ?

Read permission by descending order, greater than or equal to selected groups of users can read.
