Help needed please!

Hi, Im new to the site and need some help if anyone could direct me I would be very grateful. I recently bought a pattern with m coins, the coins were taken and the pattern is showing in my purchase history, however it did not allow me to download the pattern and is now saying that I dont have enough coins to download the pattern?? Really confused as to how I would go about it, so any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you so much!

Please provide the link. Very often there are two charges for the pattern. The first charge will go to the uploader. The second charge (30 coins for each attachment) will go to the site.  If you click again on the attachment link, you will be able to download the pattern.

You will need to pay the value of the pattern and 30 more coins to pay the system for the download. For example if the pattern is worth 50 coins, you need 50 + 30 coins= 80 coins to download the pattern

Yes it took me a while to get it as well. As people said earlier often you will have to pay for the pattern then it is 30 coins to download. It is easy to make coins though so it is worth it :)
