This pattern is for the Peek-A-Boo Britches and Hat Set!
The pants feature a workable bottom opening like a good old fashion union suit. Will make a cute photography prop for babies newborn to 12 months.
Materials needed :
Skill Level: Intermediate
Worsted Weight Yarn of Choice in two contrasting colors
I used Vanna’s Choice Worsted Weight (3.5 oz, 170 yards)
Size 0-6 months - 1 Skein of MC and CC
Size 6-12 months 2 Skeins of MC and 1 of CC
Hook size: H - (5.00 mm)
Tapestry Needle
2-3 Buttons approx 3/4 inches
Hat Gauge 4” x 4” swatch = 8 rows of 14 dc,
Pants Gauge 4” x 4” swatch = 11 rows of 14 hdc
Terms and Stitches used:
(ch) chain, (st) stitch, (sl st) slip stitch, (sc) single crochet, (hdc) half double crochet, (dc) double crochet, (rep) repeat, (fpdc) front post double crochet, (bpdc) back post double crochet,
(fphdc) front post half double crochet, (bphdc) back post half double crochet, (MC) main color, (CC) contrasting color
